The Samsung Galaxy S4 will launch from 11pm this evening on YouTube.
The Samsung Galaxy livestream isn't actually up yet, but it will be from the event start and we'll post it right here.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is Samsung's biggest launch to date and promises to bring a bigger and better smartphone into the hands of you, those Samsung fans.
The Galaxy S4 will apparently feature a 4.99-inch screen, 13-megapixel camera with 3D and panoramic photography, a 1.8GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor and a whole load of new interface features.

Samsung's Galaxy S4 launch will start at 7pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) in New York and we'll have the photos, videos and of course a first look as soon as it launches.
