Nokia has revealed the Lumia 925 will be going on sale in June and pre-orders will start from June 7. The company revealed a SIM-free price of £398 (without VAT).

The phone is a reboot of the Nokia Lumia 920 flagship but with a thinner, lighter bodyshell made from a combination of aluminium and polycarbonate. It’ll pack a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 1GB of RAM.
There’s 16GB of onboard storage, although Vodafone will exclusively be stocking a 32GB variant. The display is a 4.5-inch AMOLED with Nokia’s ClearBlack and PureMotion HD+ layers and a 1280x768 pixel resolution at 332 pixels-per-inch (ppi).
The stand out feature is Nokia’s 8.7-megapixel back-illuminated (BSI) PureView camera with optical image stabilisation, Carl Zeiss optics, dual-LED flash, an f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video capture.
Currently O2, Three, Phones4U and Carphone Warehouse all have ‘coming soon’ pages for the Lumia 925 where you can register your interest to be notified when pre-orders start. Presumably, when they do, these pages will turn into pre-order pages from June 7.
Vodafone has previously said it will carry the Lumia 925 on its Vodafone Red plans, so expect to see a pre-order page fairly soon for the 32GB edition in black. O2 is expecting to receive stock from June 13 of the white model (16GB). Three is sticking to the pre-order start date of June 7, EE (T-Mobile and Orange) hasn’t said anything yet while both Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U have confirmed they will carry the device but haven’t talked about dates just yet.
