Is the LG Optimus L7 II Dual going to be the first phone with Android 4.3?

lg optimus l7 II dual News about Android 4.3 Jelly Bean has died down a lot recently, even after some more than slightly conspicuous benchmark screenshots and news that the HTC One Google Edition will launch with Android 4.3. It’s probably the fact that apart from a few announcements, there’s been very little hard evidence that other devices will be getting Android 4.3 until today. Today, the LG Optimus L7 II Dual was spotted on the LG website no less, showing Android 4.3 in its feature list.

This could well be a mistake on LG’s part as the Optimus L7 II Dual has already shipped with Android 4.1, and if true, it’s a bit unusual that LG wouldn’t release it first on one of their top-of-the-range devices like the Nexus 4 or Optimus G Pro. Engadget seems to think LG may have confused the part about Android 4.3 with the fact that the device has a 4.3-inch device.

I guess we’ll find out one way or another if this is true or not. What do you think about this development? Let us know what you think in the comments.
