Big night last night. First we got our hands on the Android 4.3 system dump for the Nexus 4. Shortly after, a new Play Store hit the net. What is new with this version? Seems a function related to multi users. This will allow secondary users to have limited access to the Play Store, as in primary users can prevent secondary users from installing apps.
