Samsung is working on the P900 12.2-inch high-resolution tablet and the P900 12.2-inch tablet.
Both tabets are said to feature a 2560x1600 pixel display.
@evleaks revealed the specs of the tablets on its Twitter feed.
The larger device will include an Exynos 5 octa processor with the S Pen, suggesting it will fit into the Note range.
The smaller 10-inch P600 will run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor, but there's no word on whether it will include an S Pen stylus.
RB Men has also leaked specs of the SM-P900 tablet, running an ARM11 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz. The website quotes the device as running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean that will come as a pretty big disappointment now Android 4.3 has been launched and is rolling out to Nexus-branded devices across the world.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has already been rumoured to come in three sizes, but neither a 10-inch nor a 12.2-inch device appeared in the list as Samsung is said to be targeting the 6-inch or lower market.
Other specs said to be coming on the Galaxy Note 3 include 3GB RAM, a refreshed Exynos 5 Octa CPU and a 5.7-inch screen. There is said to be an LTE-Advanced version coming, although whether it will be launched in the UK is another matter.
To date, the largest device in the Note family is the Galaxy Note 10.1 that launched last year. Google is said to be revamping its Nexus 10 tablet too in the coming months and as the manufacturer of the original tablet, could Samsung be the manufacturer of choice for the refresh too?
Samsung is expected to release its new range of Galaxy Note devices in September.
