The iPhone 5S has been revealed in a champagne colour, suggesting Apple may be launchng the next iPhone in more than just black and white.
Online parts retailer Luna Commerce revealed photo of champagne-coloured pieces for the new iPhone 5S. The photographs were even labelled as 'Apple iPhone 5S Champagne Button Set.'
The discovery of these photographs is not the first time we've seen the iPhone 5S in a range of colours. In May, BGR revealed photographs of new iPhone components, including both silver/grey and beige SIM card trays. Perhaps the beige tray is pointing towards the champagne-coloured iPhone?
The authenticity of today's leak pieces is confirmed with the buttons matching the components displayed in BGR’s photographs from May.
Besides revealing the possibility of a new colour or two, the BGR photos show that the internal structure of the new iPhone 5S will be quite different to that of the original iPhone 5. BGR reported that the redesign is likely focused on improvement and making way for new internal components.
Apple has neither confirmed nor denied whether it will be releasing more colours for iPhone, even if it is just a third colour to join the black and white.
It is though the plastic iPhone Light will be the device to launch in a range of colours, with a lower price point than the iPhone 5S. So far, the lower-cost Phone has leaked in a rainbow of colours including red, blue, white, green and yellow.
