Verizon today began offering its latest entry-level smartphone, the LG Enact. Priced at $19 with a two-year service agreement, the phone features a QWERTY keyboard, 4-inch 800×480 display, 5-megapixel rear camera (1080p video), and LTE support. Powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, the Enact runs Android Jelly Bean and comes with a 2,460mAh battery.
