GTA V meets photography enthusiasts with impressive results

Photo buffs have put together a compelling set of in-game pictures taken inside GTA V

Grand Theft Auto V is a pretty awesome game, no doubt about it, and the ability to capture in-game snaps with your in-game smartphone is also a cool little feature, but a few players with a passion for photography have really pushed the boat out.

Spend a bit of time browsing the galleries on RockStar’s Social Club and you might quickly become bored of pictures of people’s tricked-out rides, dead people, half-naked people, dead half-naked people and selfies showing Trevor’s angry, bearded face.

However, if you want a better impression of the vast, lush and immersive world of Los Santos, then the Landscape Photographers of Los Santos and Blain County might be right up your street. Started by photographer Phil Rose on flickr, the group captures in-game pictures of GTA V’s stunning vistas and uploads them for all to see on the internet, and there are some truly awe-inspiring images on display.
