HP Chromebook 11 intro’d with ARM processor

As expected, Google and HP on Tuesday introduced an ARM-based HP Chromebook 11. Available immediately for $279 through HP, Amazon, and Best Buy, the 2.3 pound device employs a Samsung Exynos chip, 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage. The 11.6-inch displays features a resolution of 1366 x 768 with an impressive 176 degree viewing angle. Reportedly, the battery life is expected to be around 6 hours.

One of our favorite little details comes in the charger which is micro-USB. Indeed, the same plug you use for your smartphone can be used in the new HP Chromebook. Additional specs include 2 USB ports, a VGA webcam, SlimPort video out, and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.
