Use iTunes on your computer to sync music, apps, photos, and more from your computer to iPhone, and vice versa. Connect iPhone to your computer using the cable that came with it. Select iPhone in iTunes, and set options for what you'd like to sync in the different panes. You can also set iTunes to sync wirelessly over Wi-Fi. More: iOS: Syncing your data with iTunes
