HTC has quietly listed the Desire 400 dual SIM smartphone on a couple of its regional websites. The thing is the different sites have different versions of the specs of the smartphone. According to the Russian site the Desire 400 dual-SIM sports a 4.3" display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
