Back in October Nokia announced the Lumia 1320 but it was strictly for a release in Asia. Now consumers in the UK are going to be able to get their hands on the phablet.
The handset is being described as a less powerful version of Nokia’s Lumia 1520 phablet. It has now appeared on Nokia’s UK site with the label: “Coming soon.” Nokia hasn’t released any other details as of right now.
The Lumia 1320 offers a 6-inch IPS LCD display with Nokia ClearBlack tech, but at a lower 720p resolution than the Lumia 1520. The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core chip clocked at 1.7GHz with 1GB of RAM, while the camera on the back is rated at 5-megapixels with a single LED flash.
The handset is fully 4G and 3G capable, there’s 8GB of storage with microSD on top and you also get a 3,400mAh battery, much the same as the 1520. The 1320 is currently available in markets in which it has already been released in orange, yellow, black and white.
There’s no confirmation on a release date or price just yet but if it packs an affordable price it could take off.
