When Samsung’s new range of smartwatches came out a lot of emphasis was placed around just what devices they would be compatible with, given the lack of compatibly the previous Galaxy Gear launched with.
With the release of the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit, Samsung has detailed the 20 compatible Galaxy devices.
The Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, and Gear Fit is compatible with:

- Galaxy S5
- Galaxy Mega
- Galaxy S4 Zoom
- S4 Mini
- S4 Active
- Galaxy Grand 2
Phablets
- Galaxy Note 2
- Galaxy Note 3
- Galaxy Note 3 Neo
Tablets
- Galaxy Note 10.1 2014
- NotePRO
- Galaxy TabPRO
- Galaxy Tab 4
Whilst the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, and Gear Fit only works with Samsung devices, it’s good to see the compatibility list extends to devices a few generations old.
