Amazon Kindle Fire HDX users were treated to the surprise of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas launching on the Amazon's app ecosystem in January this year. Now it has been joined by two of the best loved titles from the rest of the series.
Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City are now available.
If you log on with your Kindle Fire now you can pick up San Andreas for £4.99 on the Amazon App Store. Once you’ve bought it you then get an extra 2,000 Amazon Coins added to your account for free meaning you can pick up the other two titles for free with a little spare change left over.
Essentially you spend near on a fiver and get a free £20 voucher.
We think this will just be a celebratory deal since the games have just come out, so you may want to act fast. You’ll especially want the titles from the Amazon Store if you live in the US and own a Kindle Fire TV.
You can then jump in with your controller and play the game on your TV.
We haven’t yet got to grips with the games on Amazon Kindle Fire but the rereleased games on Android and iOS have been big hits. They look even better than the originals as character models and colour pallets have gone through some serious updating.
