Miniature handsets are all the rage right now and LG has clearly noticed. The LG G3 was launched back in May and is available from certain retailers now.
Some new leaked information has shown a new version of the LG G3 heading to India for testing and evaluation purposes. The model number LGD722 will soon be making its way to India which means it should be quite close to actually coming out.
It seems that handset is going to be smaller than the original handset suggesting this is the LG G3 Mini.
The LG G2 Mini only launched earlier this year in February. But LG has brought forward the launch of the LG G3 itself considering the G2 was announced in August 2013.
That leaked specs sheet shows off some interesting specs which include a 4.5-inch display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 8GB of internal storage. We also know it’ll have a 5MP rear camera and a 2,100mAh battery to power it all.
LG G2 Mini had a 4.7-inch display with a disappointing 540 x 960 pixel resolution. It also had a 1.2GHz processor and a larger power supply with a 2,440mAh battery.
