For 18-year-old Roman Korshunov (@romcore), fashion shows were always like a mystery he wanted to solve—until this past week when he had the opportunity to shoot backstage at Russian Fashion Week in Moscow. “I was shocked when I saw what exactly was going on backstage and how many people work to make the show perfect,” he says. “It’s a wonderful tornado of people passing by every minute. And suddenly you become a part of this creative madness.”

Roman made some of his favorite photos at Alena Akhmadullina’s (@alenaakhmadullina) show. “The runway was like a green meadow with trees which created the atmosphere of a fairy tale,” he says. “Her collection was fresh and cohesive. She amazed me as a designer.”
