Motorola has announced discounts on its Moto X Moto Maker for Valentine’s Day in a scheme dubbed Moto “Match” Maker. See what they did there?
Between February 5 and February 19 (17:00pm) Motorola’s Moto Maker webstore, where users can customise and buy their Moto X (second gen), will have a selection of deal bundles available offering savings of between £30 and £75 on purchases made through the website.
As well as picking the Moto X’s colour, you can choose a range of material finishes including wood and leather, custom-engrave a message on the back, and add wallpapers and greeting messages to the Android software. Buyers have the option of adding an accent colour to the buttons and camera surround and even having the phone pre-loaded with contacts. There’s also a selection of cases available through the store.
Here’s a breakdown of the deal packages:
- Spend £100.00 or more and get £10.00 off – example bundle would include Moto E device (89.99) and coloured shell (£10.99), available for £90.98 through bundle deal
- Spend £250.00 or more and get £30.00 off - example bundle would include Moto G device (£149.99) and Moto 360 (£199.99), available for £319.98 through bundle deal
- Spend £500.00 or more and get £75.00 off - example bundle would include Moto X device (£419.99) and Moto Hint (£99.99), available for £444.98 through bundle deal
