The celebrated architect David Adjaye (@adjaye_visual_sketchbook), keeps a visual log of things that inspire him. “The photographs tend to be of patterns, details, forms and conditions that I observe in my environment – wherever that may be,” David says. “I use these references all the time in my work as my projects tend to be driven by context, research, typologies and the icons of aesthetic language. They infuse my work both directly and indirectly.”
