As reported earlier, Microsoft has finally introduced two new Lumia 6 series smartphones for the Indian market. The new Lumia 640 is priced at INR11,999 ($192) and Lumia 640 XL is priced at INR15,799 ($253). Microsoft will sell the Lumia 640 from the Flipkart website as well. Microsoft Lumia 640 features a 5" IPS ClearBlack display, Snapdragon 400 SoC, 1GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage, 8MP rear snapper with LED flash, 1MP front-facing camera, and a 2,500 mAh battery. While the Lumia 640 XL has a 5.7" IPS ClearBlack display with same internal hardware as the Lumia 640 but features a 13Mp rear camera with f/2.0 Carl Zeiss optics, a 5MP front-facing camera and a 3,000 mAh battery.
