Your phone should be a true extension of you and your lifestyle. Sense 7 incorporates a multitude of intuitive features to make your life easier – less pressing of buttons, less fiddling around with settings, more convenience.
Flip to mute
Can’t take a call right now? No problem. Flip to mute will instantly mute any incoming calls when you flip your phone onto its front.
You can set your phone to mute only the incoming call when flipped over, so any other calls received after that while your phone is facing down will still ring. Alternatively, you can set it so ALL incoming calls are muted once the phone has been flipped, preventing any further distractions.
To change the preference, click Settings >Sound and notification, and then tap ‘Flip to mute’.
Pocket mode and Quiet ring on pickup
Pocket mode is an intuitive feature that detects when your phone is in a bag or pocket and increases the ring volume so that you never miss a call.
‘Quiet ring on pickup’ does exactly what it says! As you move your phone to pick up a call, the ring volume will lower.
To turn this setting on or off, click Settings >Sound and notification, and then select/deselect ‘Pocket mode’ or ‘Quiet ring on pickup’.
Sense Home
Easily switch between work and play mode with Sense Home. Sense Home is an intuitive homepage that uses your location to display your favorite apps, folders or shortcuts when you are at work, home or out.
While at work you may want to see apps such as mail and calendar, and while at home you might want quick access to Spotify and Facebook.
Hide ‘smart folders’ under settings to prevent seeing the ‘downloads’ or ‘suggestions’ folders.
Customize Sense Home by adding or removing apps. Hold and drag an item to the bin icon to remove from the homepage. And create more space by grouping items together in a folder.
How do you use Sense 7 to make the most of your phone and enhance your lifestyle?
