When Lili Nguyen (@thisisvenice) is creating a #TinyCanvas out of a client’s nails, she’s not just painting them — she’s pimping them. “It comes from the famous MTV show Pimp My Ride,” the nail artist says. “Xzibit pimped rides. I pimp nails.” Lili’s affinity for California doesn’t end with the Los Angeles-based show. She also named her Paris salon This is Venice after her favorite beach. “It perfectly reflects my personality and style,” she says. “I have a lot of nail art dreams, but without a doubt, I’d love to have a salon in Venice Beach one day.”
