At the haute couture shows in Paris this week, each designer presents handmade looks made with exceptional fabrics and attention to detail. Makeup artist Peter Philips (@peterphilipsmakeup) also took a custom approach to the beauty he created for Dior (@dior) on the runway. “Variations and multiple interpretations of eyeliner is the concept,” says Peter, who sent models down the runway in looks from a dramatic cat-eye shape to a glimmering gold frame around the eyes. “Each girl gets individual, personalized eye makeup,” he says. “You can’t get more haute couture than that.”
