Get ready for the Summer Olympics in Rio! In honor of the coming weeks of competition and worldwide celebration, the goal this weekend is to make photos and videos inspired by hard work and personal goals — like this one by @tktk. Here’s how to get started:

• Whether you’re trying to master a headstand or a foul shot, share a video showing where you are in the process.
• Do you have a mentor, a partner in crime, or someone who looks up to you? Introduce your followers to who inspires you to keep going.
• Achieving excellence is all about persistence — and it isn’t always glamorous. Use video to go behind the scenes of your routine: Show the process of taping up your feet before slipping on dance shoes, or create a blooper reel from a training session.
• Don’t forget to show pride in your efforts: Use drawing tools to add a gold medal to your story, and encourage others to do the same!
