A couple of days ago we saw the then-unannounced vivo V5 Plus going up for pre-order prematurely in Malaysia, and today the new smartphone has been officially unveiled. The V5 Plus comes with many upgrades compared to the V5 from 2016, but what vivo seems to be most proud of is the dual front camera arrangement, with 20 MP + 8 MP resolution and "selfie softlight" flash. The 20 MP snapper in there uses Sony's IMX376 1/2.78" sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 5P lens system, while the 8 MP f/2.0 camera captures depth information.
