Apple Clips will make videos with effects and Live Titles

Apple has a new app coming soon, called Clips. Made for iOS, it's a video making app to challenge the likes of Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat's for shareable social videos. Clips has a dead simple way of capturing footage - press and hold on the big red Record button and release when you're done.
