We'd previously seen Samsung announce the Rose Pink colour model of the Galaxy S8+, but it was specifically for the Taiwanese and Mexican markets at the time. Now, however, it seems it will be more widely available and will also be an option for the regular Galaxy S8 as well, according to a tip from Roland Quandt on Twitter.
Interestingly, we've also seen the colour leaked for the forthcoming Galaxy Note 8.
Quandt posted images of the new colour on the Galaxy S8 and said it would be coming to Eastern Europe:
"Samsung Galaxy S8 (regular) in Pink. Launching eastern Europe soon. Afaik they only showed/announced the S8 Plus in this color, didn't they?"
Call it a hunch on our part, but we can't remember a time when a colour exclusive, at least from Samsung, only came to a particular part of the European continent. In other words we're fully expecting this Rose Pink variant to land across all European countries, including the UK.
We're also fairly confident Samsung isn't going to do things by halves and have the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in Rose Pink divided along national lines - expect both models to be available clad in this colour in the same places.
