I love Amazon’s line-up of Kindle e-readers. I own the Paperwhite and it is, without a doubt, my most-used piece of technology. I spend hours every day reading it and it has saved me untold amounts of space in my home.
At last count, I had around 500 books on it. If they were physical books, I likely need a library to store them. And because I used to live in a pokey-ass, little flat, this just wasn’t an option. So, I’ve been Kindling ever since, well… about 2008.
If you’re tight on space in your home and/or flat or simply do not want any more books cluttering up your home, perhaps it is time to invest in a Kindle? Amazon makes a whole bunch of Kindles, so there is definitely one for every type of user.
If you’re on a budget, you’ll want to opt for the entry-level model. Feeling more like a pimp? Go for the Amazon Kindle Oasis – it is stunning and Amazon just released a new one too.
As always: if you’re buying new tech in and around Black Friday or Cyber Monday, it is definitely worth waiting until the sales kick off on November 24, as no one wants to buy something today and find out they could have had it for 40% less in a couple of days time.
That’s what you call a bummer.
So, if you’re interested in picking up a Kindle, my advice to you would be DO IT, though make sure you do it via one of Amazon’s Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday deals.
This way you’ll get want you want at a MASSIVELY reduced price. And everybody wins. But mostly you. And Amazon a little bit too.
