The Essential Phone price keeps on tumbling down, slowly but surely.
It's still only available in limited markets, primarily North America, as we're yet to get the phone in the EU or UK. In the US, the handset has received another price cut - the first one dropped it by $200 - this time it's coming down to $449.99 at Best Buy, a drop of $50 on top of the first reduction.
That's $250 cheaper than the launch RRP of $699.99. The saving applies for white or black coloured models with 128GB of onboard storage. The price also stacks with Essential's Friends & Family Code promotion saving, so if you have one of those you can knock even more off.
This extra $50 deduction is still only at Best Buy for now, Essential's webstore is still selling the handset at $499.
Meanwhile, in Canada, Essential itself has announced via Twitter a drop to the official price in the region by $400 CAD ($315 US) via its partner network Telus. The Essential Phone launched at $1,050 CAD and Telus is offering it for $650 CAD
