Ok, so we already knew the Honor V10 was coming to China on November 28 and then Europe on December 5, and by the looks of things parent company Huawei hasn't been trying too hard to keep things covered up. The latest leak, however, is of some promotional materials, apparently intended for the Chinese market, which shows the full design and display for the first time in all its glory.
We already knew the handset was going to be all about the display, and it would feature an 18:9 aspect ratio screen in keeping with current trends. That said, we weren't exactly prepared for this! The phone is virtually entirely touchscreen from what we can see, with possibly the narrowest bezel we've seen to date on a smartphone. It's actually difficult to tell where the screen ends and the bodywork begins.
As per earlier rumours and leaks, the Honor V10 will feature a Kirin 970 processor, a 5.99in 18:9 2,160x1,080 pixel display, 6GB of RAM, options for 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage, a 13MP front-facing camera, and a dual-sensor primary camera (16MP+20MP). Oh and it'll be running Android Oreo.
Price is yet to be confirmed, but traditionally the Honor brand has been affordably priced. That said, this is quite a premium spec, so we wouldn't be too surprised if it's more expensive than what's come before, particularly with that processor, storage, screen, and camera combo. However, a leaked price suggested CNY 2,999, which is about €384 - frankly, it if is that cheap we will be utterly shocked.
