It would be hard for actress Mandy Moore (@mandymooremm) to name her favorite part of starring in the television show “This Is Us” (@nbcthisisus), but spending time with the cast and crew is high up on the list. “I love the people I get to work with,” she says. “We all really lucked out!” On set in Los Angeles, Mandy spreads her appreciation for those around her with everyday acts of kindness. “I’m a big believer in the golden rule: treating others the way you wish to be treated,” she says. “I always respond to the little things in life, like bringing someone a cup of coffee, an unexpected note or text of gratitude or encouragement or holding the door open. In my mind, kindness is the most worthy virtue and the highest compliment. I strive to live a life of compassion and understanding.”
