Skype for Mobile adds effects and stickers

Skype for Mobile launched cheeky "AI" effects for photos and highlights. The Snapchat-like features add more personalization through a magic wand button that appears in the top of the screen. Sprinkles by Microsoft and its machine learning tech could guess your age or emotions. The photo effects can customize both selfies and pictures taken with the back camera.
