Honor is fast becoming one of our favourite mid-range phone makers. The subsidiary of Huawei makes great phones with excellent features and retails them at seriously competitive prices.
The company now has a bunch of phones out in the UK and elsewhere and, just last week, it released two new phones for the latter part of 2017. During this event, the company also dished some details on its Android Oreo rollout plans.
The following Honor phones WILL get Android Oreo in the coming months:
- Honor 9 (released)
- Honor V9 (released)
- Honor 8
- Honor 8 Pro
- Honor 7X
Once Android Oreo lands, the above handsets will feature a newly update EMUI 8.9 UX, as well as improvements to battery life, a new AI assistant, and a wealth of security updates and optimisations.
