If you want unlimited data, unlimited calls, and access to the latest and great phones, where will you go? Most mainstream operators and carriers no longer do unlimited data.
And if they do, it’s MASSIVELY expensive.
Well, this is where Boost Mobile comes in.
This US company does things slightly differently than the industry’s biggest players; it charges less and gives you more – more data, more calls, and no annual contracts.
Boost Mobile – The Big USPs
There are a few things that make Boost Mobile stand out from the crowd, but the most significant are as follows:
- No annual service contracts
- Unlimited Data, Calls & Texts
- Unlimited Music Streaming
- 99% Coverage
- Big Reductions on Handset Prices
Is Boost Mobile Good?
Yes. Yes, it is – especially if you like value for money.
I mean, you can pick up the iPhone XS for $100 less than anywhere else (prices start at $899 SIM-free).
Or, if you want to go the cheaper route, you can grab the iPhone 6 with a $270 discount for $179.99.
Boost Mobile also carries Android phones too, phones like the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9, as well as mid-range Android phones like the LG Stylo 3 and Moto E4.
If you get a phone with Boost Mobile, you can 1) keep your existing phone number, 2) get unlimited calls and texts and data, and 3) secure yourself free delivery of the handset.
The only downside? They don’t carry hundreds of phones like AT&T and Verizon. But if you know you want either an Android phone or an iPhone, and you want to pay less and get a solid deal, you’re covered.
Who Owns Boost Mobile?
Boost Mobile started life in Australia and New Zealand but came over to America in the early-2000s. Since then it has been acquired and is now part of the Sprint Nextel Corporation.
Boost Mobile Plans
Boost Mobile’s phone plans are pretty straightforward: there are four tiers:
- Unlimited Gigs
- Boost Unlimited Plus
- Ultimate Unlimited
- 3 Gigs 4G LTE
Prices range from $35 a month for the basic package, right up to $80 per month for the flagship, Ultimate Unlimited package.
Should You Use Boost Mobile?
Personally, I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t. If you want to save some cash on a handset, get unlimited calls and data, and know that you want an iPhone or a Samsung phone, they’re definitely worth a look.
Boost Mobile also has a pretty robust Deals page, where you can pick up additional discounts on handsets and such.
