The Twitter Suspension of @WinObs – Part Two

You learn very quickly how important of a tool Twitter is when you don't have access to it for some reason. My @WinObs account on Twitter was suspended last November and it has happened once again. The common denominator in these two instances beyond it being my account is that I still don't understand the specifics of why they have suspended the account either time.
