We’ve been hearing lots, and lots, and lots about the new white Nexus 4 ever since it was leaked a few days before Google I/O. Since then we’ve been getting a leaked a photo here and a few specs there, but there’s not really been an official announcement (not that we ever doubted it would be coming). Well, LG have today made that announcement saying that the white version of the Nexus 4 will be arriving on the 29th of May. It will be arriving in Hong Kong first, then gradually rolling out in Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East shortly after that date.
The white Nexus 4 will predictably release with:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPUU
- 2GB RAM
- 4.7-inch 1280×768 True HD IPS Plus display
- Android 4.2
No surprises there. Although no pricing has confirmed for the phone, we would expect it to be the same as its darker sibling.
Personally, I’m not a fan of the white version; the black front-half of the Nexus 4 weirds me out, but each to their own. What do you think about the white Nexus 4? Has the new colour scheme got your clawing for your wallet? Let us know below in the comments.
