You can download and install Android 4.3 on the Samsung Galaxy S4, before the new version of Jelly Bean has even been announced.
Android 4.3 was spotted running on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition at the tail end of last week, but now the test ROM has leaked, and it's available (unofficially) for you to try.
SamMobile obtained the test build of Android 4.3 and managed to install it on a Snapdragon-powered Samsung Galaxy S4.
The firmware proved fully functional on the GSM Galaxy S4 and it's now available for you to download too.
Android 4.3 features a slightly tweaked interface with all-new Roboto font and a modified camera UI that has already rolled out on the Google Edition HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4.

To install Android 4.3 on your Samsung Galaxy S4, you can follow the below instructions (source: SamMobile). Please be aware though, you will need to flash your device's ROM, which does come with a number of risks and could result in your device being bricked.

Instructions:
- Copy Google Play Edition ROM to your internal SD Card using one of the download links below
- Enter Recovery (Power + Volume Up + Home)
- Do a Wipe/Factory Reset (Necessary due to new Android version)
- Flash Google Play Edition ROM
- Reboot your device!
