The Samsung Galaxy A8 has arrived on the shelves of European retailers and is now also being stocked by one particular UK retailer as well - Clove.
In Europe, the handset is model A530F and ships with a European charging plug for €500, with multiple retailers in Germany, Holland, and many other territories having stock available to purchase right now.
Over here in the UK, Clove is selling the handset for £480, however, it's the same A530F model being imported from Europe with a European charger (not a massive problem, you can always get the correct plug here in the UK, but still...not ideal) and what's more, that £480 price works out higher than paying €500 (£440 at the current exchange rate) and having it shipped direct from an EU retailer.
Clove and other UK retailers will likely get UK units with the correct charger later inside 2018, although there's currently no word on when exactly this will happen.
